Are your products vegan & cruelty free?

You betcha. All of our products are certified cruelty free with PETA and 100% vegan.

Are your formulas clean & non toxic?

Yup. Our products are formulated using natural and non-toxic ingredients that are enamel safe yet effective at whitening teeth and cleansing the mouth of harmful bacteria. For the full low down check out our ingredients page.

Are your products gluten free?

Our products are made with gluten free ingredients, however they are made in facilities that handle gluten and are therefore not certified GF or recommended for celiacs.

Are your products essential oil free?

All our toothpaste and mouthwash formulas contain a mouth-loving blend of essential oils. You can learn more about the ingredients we have in each product here.

Can I use keeko products when pregnant?

Just to be on the safe side, please consult your doctor if you are pregnant before using any Keeko products.

Are your products registered with the FDA?

Aha. Our products are voluntarily registered with the FDA where applicable. All of our tools (floss, toothbrush, tongue cleaner) are registered and approved medical devices with the FDA. We are also go through rigorous legal compliance reviews for safe cosmetics under the laws of the European Union for all products, coz’ we’re thoughtful like that.

Where are your products made?

We’ve  scoured all corners of the globe to find the most trustworthy, ethical manufacturers. And we’ve hit the jackpot! Our awesome manufacturers are based in Australia, India, China, Vietnam and the USA.

Who develops Keeko?

We do! In collaboration with a team of crazily clever dentists & chemists and cute little tooth fairies that know their spit. We mean sh*t.

How much does shipping cost?

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide except for select countries in the middle east. Please see our shipping policy HERE

What is Keeko’s shipping packaging made out of?

Where possible we use sustainable shipping materials such as boxes, paper infill and biodegradable satchels.

How do I track my order?

Don’t worry, we’ll handle the heavy lifting by emailing you a tracking info as soon as your order ships.

Can I change my shipping address?

We’ve all been there. To change your address, email contact hello@keekooil.com within 24 hours of placing the order, and hopefully we can sort it out. We cannot redirect or change addresses for orders that have shipped.

What happens if my order is lost in transit?

At checkout you have the option to insure your order with Route. When you select this option you will receive an email with a link to follow the transit of your order & also clear instructions on where to make a claim. Should your order be lost, stolen or damaged in transit you are covered with Route for a full refund or replacement. Orders that do no select this option are not insured and not covered for loss, theft or damage in transit. For this reason we highly recommend you select route insurance at checkout.

How do i file a claim with Route Package Protection?

If you purchased Route Package Protection at checkout you can file a claim here. You will need to provide the order number and email you used to purchase.

What is your refund & return policy?

Returns & refunds are only accepted if a product arrives damaged or faulty.

To process a return you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to report the issue.

We do not offer refunds for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the purchaser, or for change of mind.

I put in the wrong address, can i get a refund?

Sadly no. It is the buyers responsability to make sure they have correctly provided their address. Once the parcel has shipped we are unable to re route or change the address.

How do i make a return?

We only offer returns and refunds if your product arrives damaged or faulty. We must be notified within 14 days of your order arriving of any issues.

We do not offer returns for change of mind.

What currency will I be charged in?

We’re an Aussie owned and operated company and all prices are shown automatically shown in AUD. If you are shopping from another country you will see a pop up asking you if you want to shop in your local currency. Should you choose no you will be charged in Australian dollars.

Do you offer Afterpay?

Afterpay is currently only available to Australian residents. You must have an afterpay account in Australia to be able to checkout with this method.

How is Keeko giving back?

We try to give back where possible because kindness really is cool, ya’ll.

We support Seed Mob, Australia’s first Indigenous youth­ led climate change network.

At checkout you will have the option to support this amazing cause with a small donation as well. We match every donation given at checkout!

We created our own recycling program that is open to anyone in Australia to use! Head over to our recycling page here for more info. 

What does it mean that your brand in Certified Plastic Neutral?

Through our partnership with Repurpose Global, for every bit of plastic we generate through our whole supply chain, we fund an equivalent amount of plastic to be removed from the environment and repurposed or recycled. To read more about this, check out our sustainability page.

Are you Carbon Neutral?

All orders placed on Keeko are carbon offset. We do this through purchasing carbon removal credits through our website partner Shopify.

Can I recycle my Keeko products?

Abso-planet-lutely! Our Take Back Recycling Program means you can send to us not only your Keeko empties and used products, but other brands’ as well and we will make sure they are properly recycled for you with Terracycle. This option is only available in Australia, but we’re stay tuned Americanos—we’re exploring options for the US. Learn more here.

Is your packaging sustainable?

One Good Brush, Copper Tongue Cleaner & Coconut Floss all come in sustainable packaging. We are exploring new ways to make the rest of our range as planet-friendly as possible.

What does Certified Plastic Neutral mean?

We are product to be the first certfiied plastic neutral oral care in Australia. This means that for every product we sell that contains plastic, we fund the removal of plastic waste from landfills and natural environments to be recycled and repurposed. You can read more about it here.

How do i dispose of the biodegradable toothbrush?

1. Remove the bristles with pliers and place them into any small plastic container before placing them in your recycling bin.

2. Dispose of the handle into your local commercial compost otherwise place it in your general waste bin.

What's the best way to recycle Keeko toothpaste tubes?

Unlike most toothpaste tubes on the market, ours are made of 100% home recyclable materials. Simply cut the top of and clean the inside of the tube before placing it and the cap into your recycling bin.
