Recycling Oral Care Products
Unlike Keeko Toothpaste tubes which are made from PBL (plastic barrier laminate) and are 100% home recycled, most major toothpaste brands you see in the supermarket still use a material called ABL (aluminium barrier laminate) which is not able to be recycled by local council facilities and need to go to specialist recycling plants.
If you have oral care products that are not accepted by your local council the goods news is that you can drop them off at at Terracycle collection point.
